Boil water in a pot and add 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Carefully add 3 eggs to the boiling water and cover to boil for about 10 minutes.

After 5 minutes, squeeze out excess water from the cabbage and carrot mixture and add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon sugar, then mix well.

Prepare the sandwich by layering cabbage filling on a slice of bread, followed by another slice of bread on top.

Spread strawberry jam or ketchup on the second slice, then add the egg filling and top with another slice of bread.

Add chicken sausage and the rice cakes to the sauce and cover to cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

Mix in some green onion and mozzarella cheese before serving.
