1x 14oz / 400g can of Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 cup / 125ml Chicken Stock
1/2 cup / 125ml BBQ Sauce
1 medium Red Onion
1 small Red Pepper
Salt & Black Pepper

Butterfly your chicken breasts right through to create 4 thinner, equal sized breasts. Coat in smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Fry chicken over medium/high heat for a few minutes on each side until starting to char and just cooked through the center. Remove from pan and allow to rest. Slice chicken into thin strips just before serving.

Fry bacon over medium heat in the leftover oil from the chicken until it starts to brown.

Add finely diced onion and red pepper to the pan and continue frying until the bacon is crisp and the vegetables are soft and starting to char.

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Retain a cup of starchy pasta water before draining.
