2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
¾ tsp salt
¾ cup hot water
1 small onion, diced
2 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ tsp black pepper
¾ tsp ground coriander seeds
3 short sprigs fresh thyme
4 tbsp oil
