Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water and bringing to a boil.

Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting sit for 12 minutes.

Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.

Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.

Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork until crumbly.

Add mayonnaise, mustard, dill, salt, and black pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
