Add 600g of cambry potatoes and boil until soft.

Add 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes, and 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika, and 1 tablespoon of black pepper, incorporate well and brown for 2 minutes.

In another pan, add the bacon and brown for 1 minute.

Add the onions to the bacon and brown for 2 minutes, then add them to the pan with the potatoes, incorporate well.

Finish browning together, adding a pinch more of parsley flakes and a pinch of salt and pepper to your liking.
