Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a flat disc.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
Place the first disc in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Flip the roti and cook the other side until golden brown, another 3-4 minutes.
Remove from the skillet and keep warm while cooking the remaining discs.
Serve warm with sambal or as a snack.
