Take 45 g of live cultured yogurt and place it in a jug.

Using a ladle, add one ladle of milk to the yogurt and whisk it very well to incorporate.

Add another ladle of milk to the yogurt mixture and whisk again until fully combined.

Continue adding ladles of milk and whisking until all the milk is incorporated and the mixture starts to bubble.

Cover the Instant Pot with a lid or a plate to prevent any smells from transferring to the yogurt.

Select the yogurt function on the Instant Pot, set the time to 12 hours, and press start.

Wait for the yogurt to ferment for 12 hours, checking occasionally if needed.
