Homemade Yoghurt

1 liter milk
1-2 tablespoons yogurt
1-2 tablespoons water
1-2 teaspoons blueberry jam

Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to a hot pan to prevent milk from sticking.

Use 1 liter of room temperature milk.

Boil the milk on low flame for about half an hour to thicken and cream it.

After half an hour, take the pan off the heat and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, add 1-2 heaped tablespoons of yogurt (1 was added in the video) and whisk nicely.

Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and keep it in a slightly warm place, preferably the oven, for at least 24 hours.

After 24 hours, the yogurt is ready to use and can be stored in the fridge.
