Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and incorporate cold water as needed to form a dough.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes elastic and not sticky.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the dough and shape it to fit the baking dish.
Spread pineapple jam over the dough and fold it over, sealing the edges.
Make decorative cuts on top to prevent puffing during baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
