Combine soaked rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a bowl.

Mix until smooth and well combined.

Prepare a steamer lined with banana leaves.

Pour a small amount of batter into each mold in the steamer.

Add a spoonful of cooked mung beans on top of the batter.

Cover the molds with banana leaves and steam for 10-15 minutes until set.

Remove from the steamer and let cool slightly.

Serve warm, drizzled with additional coconut milk if desired.
