Mix the marinade well to combine all ingredients, ensuring the honey is mixed in thoroughly.
Grab the steak and add it to the marinade, letting it soak for about 15 minutes; if more time is available, marinate for 30 minutes to an hour in the fridge or in a Ziploc bag.
Prepare the garlic parmesan seasoning for the fries with about 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and about 1 teaspoon of parsley or Italian seasoning.
Add about 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese to the mixture.
Rinse the french fries in cold water to remove excess starch and help them crisp up.
Add sea salt and a tablespoon of olive oil to the fries and mix well.
Coat the fries with the garlic parmesan seasoning mixture.
Place the steak and fries in the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to cook the fries for about 5 to 7 minutes; cooking time may vary based on the air fryer.
Cook the steak for about 10 minutes for medium-well, adjusting time based on thickness and desired doneness.
Prepare aioli sauce by mixing about 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, parsley or Italian seasoning, and 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.
Add salt, pepper, and a dash of paprika to the aioli; mix well and let chill in the fridge while cooking.
Flip the steaks halfway through cooking; check doneness and adjust time as needed.
Serve the honey bourbon glazed steaks and garlic parmesan fries with aioli sauce.
