On a frying pan add some oil and fry the chicken until brown

Sautee the garlic, finely diced tomatoes and the capsicum (red bell pepper)

Add the smoked paprika and mixed

Add the chicken stock and saffron, season it with salt based on your liking. Make it 20-30% saltier to your liking as the taste will dilute when you add the rice and vegetables.

Bring to boil on a high heat, then add the rice.

Cook for around 10-15mins until most of the stocks are evaporated

Lower the heat and put a lid as we will cook the rice to perfection for 5-8min or until your rice is cooked.
