Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Grease the bottom of a bundt pan with 2 tablespoons of butter.

Add crumbled Doritos around the bottom of the bundt pan, reserving some for later layers.

Prepare 2 boxes of Cracker Barrel Mac and Cheese according to package instructions and add a layer at the bottom of the bundt pan over the Doritos.

Place sliced mozzarella cheese on top of the mac and cheese layer.

Add another layer of mac and cheese on top of the mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle more crumbled Doritos on top of the second layer of mac and cheese.

Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the Doritos.

Top with chopped chives to taste.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before inverting onto a plate.

Slice and serve.
