In a pot, add 3 liters of water and wait for it to get hot.

Once hot, carefully add 8 to 12 pieces of chicken, with or without skin as preferred.

Wait for the foam to release and remove it all.

To give flavor, add 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon and 1/2 tablespoon of granulated garlic; stir well and wait for it to start boiling.

Cover and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, uncover and taste; add salt or chicken bouillon to taste if needed.

Turn off the heat and let the broth cool a bit.

Once cooled, grab 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth and in a large plate, add 1 small glass of mole (234 grams).

Stir and dissolve the mole very well with the chicken broth.

In a large skillet, add a splash of olive oil and heat it up.

Add all the mole to the skillet and a little chicken broth from the plate; stir well and cook for 30 seconds until the mole begins to thicken.

After 30 seconds, add all the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir well to coat them with mole.

If the mole is too thick, add a little more chicken broth and stir well.

Cook for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring to combine the mole with the chicken.

Serve the chicken mole and add a little more juice if desired.
