- 6Dredge each pepper half in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
- 7Dip the floured pepper halves into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 8Finally, coat the pepper halves in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
- 9For frying: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded peppers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- 10For baking: Place the breaded peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
