1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
4 cloves
1/2 tablespoon anise seeds
1 can coconut milk
2 eggs

Peel and equalize 1.5 pounds of fresh yuca.

You can use a food processor or buy pre-grated yuca from the market.

Squeeze the yuca using a colander to remove all the liquid.

Use a spoon or your hands to press the yuca and extract the liquid.

Transfer the yuca to a bowl.

Add 3 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 4 cloves, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 tablespoon of anise seeds to the yuca.

Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of sugar to the mixture.

Pour in 1 can of coconut milk.

Mix everything together until well incorporated.

Grease a baking pan with butter to prevent sticking.
