TTB Episode 4 - How to make Ecuadorian Pan de Yuca

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine yuca flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and milk until smooth.

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.

Fold in the cheese until evenly distributed.

Shape the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
