Take a hot dog and start at one end, rolling a strip of dough around the head, leaving room for the face.

Continue wrapping the hot dog with the strip of dough until you reach the end.

Grab another strip and start wrapping the hot dog all the way up, using a piece of dough to cover any gaps at the head.

Brush the wrapped hot dogs with egg wash (optional) for a shiny finish.

Bake the hot dogs in the oven at 350°F for about 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Use mustard and ketchup to make the eyes, and place candy googly eyes on top.
