Prepare the masa for tortillas by mixing wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt.
Knead the masa until well integrated and set aside.
Melt a piece of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and diced tomato to the melted butter in the skillet.
Add two packets of pre-cooked chapulines to the skillet with the onion and tomato, and sauté for about 3 minutes until heated through.
Prepare guacamole by mashing avocado in a bowl and adding chopped onion, cilantro, a small piece of green chili, and a few drops of lime juice to prevent oxidation.
Mix the guacamole ingredients well, adjusting salt and chili to taste.
Roll out the masa into thin tortillas and cook them on a comal until they puff up and are cooked through.
Assemble the tacos by placing chapulines on the warm tortillas, topping with guacamole, chopped onion, cilantro, and a drizzle of lime juice.
Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
