Whisk together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon quick-rise yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Add 1 cup warm water (120 to 130 degrees) and 1 tablespoon light olive oil, then blend together.
Stir in 1/2 cup flour to form a soft dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1 to 3 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Punch the dough down.
On a greased pan, pat the dough into a 12-inch circle.
Brush the dough with Italian dressing.
Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, thyme, garlic powder, and oregano over the top.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.
Preheat the oven to 450°F and bake for 15 minutes.
