600 ml. de caldo de carne con azafrán
200 gr. de costillas troceadas
150 gr. de garbanzos cocidos
1 tomate pequeño
1 morcilla de cebolla
1 patata pequeña
½ calabaza ancha
Una pizca de pimentón

Quitar las pepitas y nervaduras de la calabaza con la ayuda de una cuchara.
