Soak 300 grams of lentils for two hours.
Slice a big onion evenly.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of starch to the sliced onions.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onions until crispy.
Maintain the oil used for frying the onions for later sauces.
Boil water with salt and add 250 grams of pasta, cooking for 5 minutes.
Break 250 grams of spaghetti into thirds and add to the boiling water.
Add 400 grams of rice and 250 grams of lentils to a pot with the oil used for frying onions.
Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of cumin to the pot.
Pour boiling water into the pot to the appropriate level and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
In a separate pot, add the oil used for frying onions, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, and 1 teaspoon of cumin.
Add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste and processed thin small tomatoes to the pot.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt to taste to the sauce.
Prepare a second sauce called 'dagger' by adding boiling water, garlic, cumin, coriander, lemon juice, and vinegar to a plate, adjusting salt to taste.
Add hot paprika to the oil used for frying onions and mix with the dagger sauce and tomato sauce.
