gruyère cheese

Melt butter in a pan.
Brush melted butter over each slice of sourdough bread.

Spread the bechamel sauce over the sandwiches.
Return the sandwiches to the oven to brown the top.
Fry an egg in a pan with flavorless oil until cooked to desired doneness.
Remove the sandwiches from the oven and place the fried egg on top.
