Mix 30 cups of flour with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 teaspoons of yeast.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1/4 cup of oil to the mixture.
Incorporate 3 eggs into the mixture.
Measure and add 3 cups of water with the yeast, then add 2 cups of water, followed by 2 more cups, and finally 2 more cups until the mixture is wet enough.
Knead the dough for about 20 minutes until soft and manageable.
Cut the dough in half and let one half rest while working on the other half.
Place the kneaded dough in a greased pot and cover it to rise in a warm area for about 2 hours.
After the first rise, punch down the dough and let it rise again for another 2 hours.
Cut the dough into pieces and shape them into buns, placing them in an oiled muffin tin.
Prepare an egg wash with 2 eggs and brush it on the buns, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake the buns for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
