Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor with fewer calories.
Mix 120 grams of butter, 1 egg, 3 tbsp of yoghurt, and 0.5 tsp of salt well in a bowl.
Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour and 0.5 tsp of baking powder to the mixture and mix until combined.
Place the dough between two baking sheets and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Fit the rolled dough into a 30 cm tart mold, cutting off the excess and poking holes with a fork.
Bake the crust in an oven preheated to 170°C (338°F) for about 20 minutes.
Heat 5-6 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add 1.5 kg of chopped spinach to the skillet, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir the spinach without the lid for a few more minutes until fully cooked.
Add 200 ml of milk cream, 1 tsp of salt, and 0.25 tsp of black pepper to the spinach and mix well.
Remove the skillet from the heat and let the mixture cool a bit.
Pour the spinach mixture onto the baked tart crust and smooth it out evenly.
Sprinkle 200 grams of grated kashkaval cheese over the spinach mixture.
Top with 8 slices of tomatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until golden brown.
