Llenamos la olla con un litro de agua apróx, y ponemos a cocer los garbanzos y judías, que tendremos previamente en agua durante 12h.

Esperamos que rompa a hervir (10 min aprox.) y desespumamos.

Añadimos el aceite en crudo, la hoja de laurel y el pimentón dulce. Lo mezclamos todo bien y dejamos que siga hirviendo. (5 min aprox.)

Seguidamente incorporamos el bacalao. Dejamos hervir durante 30 min a fuego alto.

A media cocción comprobamos el punto de sal y la cantidad de agua, añadiendo más si es necesario.

Cuando hayan pasado los 30 min picamos las habas y las incorporamos a la olla. Les ponemos un toque de pimienta y lo dejamos hervir todo otros 15min.
