Leave about an inch of headspace in the jars as the liquid is poured in.
Use a debubbler to remove air bubbles from the jars, ensuring a good seal, and wipe the tops with vinegar to clean.
Place lids on the jars, keeping them in warm water before sealing.
Tighten the rings on the jars and place them in the boiling water bath canner.
Water bath can the jars for 20 minutes, ensuring at least 2 inches of water covers the tops of the jars.
Finish by showing the filled jars and discussing how many jars are expected from the batch.
