Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup almonds (badam)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup ice cream (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1Soak the almonds in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. 2Drain the soaked almonds and peel off the skins.
  3. 3In a blender, combine the peeled almonds, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
  4. 4Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5If using, add the ice cream and blend again until well combined.
  6. 6Add ice cubes to the blender and pulse a few times to crush the ice.
  7. 7Pour the badam shake into glasses.
  8. 8Garnish with chopped almonds on top.
  9. 9Serve immediately and enjoy!
