Turn the heat up to fry the sage leaves until they become bright and vivid green.

Once the sage is crispy, turn off the heat and remove the sage leaves from the butter.

Add about ½ teaspoon of kosher salt to the butter sauce and stir to combine.

Boil the refrigerated tortellini according to the package directions, which takes about 5 minutes.
