Take 1 cup of wheat flour and 1 cup of refined flour in a mixing bowl.

Cover the container and let it rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

After 1.5 hours, check that the dough has fluffed up and is ready to steam.

Boil 2-2.5 cups of water in a pan and place a steel stand inside to keep the bread container above the water.

Once the water is boiling and steam is coming out, place the container with the dough inside and steam for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, turn off the flame and carefully take the container out to let it cool down.

Once cooled, separate the bread from the container and cut it into slices.
