1/4 teaspoon black salt

30 grams green spring onions
7 grams mint leaves
15 grams coriander
20 grams coriander stems
2 tablespoons green chili
60 milliliters water
200 grams hung yogurt
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
70 grams grated cucumber
50 grams salted yogurt
50 grams onions
80 grams pomegranate
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili
30 grams sev
1 tablespoon coriander

Take a pressure cooker, add 600 grams sweet potatoes, 200 milliliters water and cover it with lid. Cook until you hear 1 whistle.

Open the lid and remove it from heat.

On a board place boiled sweet potatoes and grate them with the help of food grater.

Transfer this into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon black salt and mix it well.

Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a tikki.

Place it on a plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Heat sufficient oil in a pan and shallow fry these until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.

Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.

In a blender, add 130 grams green spring onions, 7 grams mint leaves, 15 grams coriander, 20 grams coriander stems, 2 tablespoons green chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 60 milliliters water and blend it well.

In a bowl, add 200 grams hung yogurt, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar and whisk it well.

On a plate, add whisked yogurt and spread it evenly.

Add 70 grams grated cucumber, prepared chutney and spread it evenly.

Add prepared tikki, salted yogurt, onions, pomegranate, chaat masala, red chili, sev and coriander.
