Today, the Cobb Salad is a popular choice in restaurants and homes alike, celebrated for its vibrant colors and mix of flavors from fresh ingredients. Variations abound, with some opting for different proteins or dressings, making it a versatile dish enjoyed worldwide.

Soak 100g of green lettuce in cold water to maintain crispness.
Chop all ingredients into small pieces.
Cut 1 banana into bite-sized pieces (optional).
Slice 15 cherry tomatoes in half.
Halve 1 avocado, remove the pit, peel, and chop into small pieces.
Cut 3 hard-boiled eggs into eighths.
Cut 15 black olives into thirds.
Dice 350g of salmon into small cubes.
Prepare a colorful arrangement in a serving dish, placing the salmon in the center.
Add yellow corn and eggs on either side of the salmon for color contrast.
Top with avocado and green grapes, adding more green lettuce and cucumber if needed.
Add 100g of cooked pasta for texture.
Optionally include 100g of cooked beans, but note they may not blend well with the salad.
Arrange cherry tomatoes decoratively around the salad.
Place black olives on the outer edge for visual appeal.
Fill in any gaps with additional ingredients to create a full presentation.
Prepare the dressing by mixing 4 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of chopped onion (soaked in water), 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of honey (or sugar), 2-3 pinches of salt, 2/3 tablespoon of lemon juice (or vinegar), and a bit of black pepper.
Mix the dressing well and drizzle generously over the salad, adding more if necessary.
Finish with a sprinkle of cheese on top.
