Honey Garlic Sauce Recipe

Mince the garlic from 1 bulb and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt 70 grams of butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in 4 tablespoons of honey and 1 sachet of oyster sauce, mixing well to combine.

Cook the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

For the chicken wings, marinate 1 kilogram of chicken wings with 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic granulated, and 1 piece of egg.

Prepare a dredge by mixing 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.

Coat the marinated chicken wings in the dredge mixture.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the coated chicken wings until golden brown and cooked through.
