7 oz (200g) fusilli pasta
1 head Romaine lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 anchovy filets
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp (5g) Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp (3g) Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup (110g) olive oil
2 tbsp (10g) Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, combine 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 minced garlic clove. Set aside to infuse.

In another bowl, toss 2 1/2 cups ciabatta bread cubes with salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese to coat.
