- ●2 cups mashed potatoes
- ●1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- ●1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- ●1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp onion powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 cup chopped green onions
- ●2 large eggs
- ●oil for frying
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
- 2Add the eggs to the potato mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- 3Shape the mixture into small patties or balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- 4Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Roll each potato patty in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- 5Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the potato patties in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
- 6Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- 7Remove the fried mashed potatoes from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 8Serve hot as a snack or side dish.

- ●1 package refrigerated pizza dough (about 1 lb)
- ●1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
- 3Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
- 4Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide.
- 5Spoon a portion of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto one end of each strip of dough.
- 6Roll the dough around the filling to create a ring shape, pinching the ends to seal.
- 7Place the filled dough rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 8Brush the tops of the dough rings with the beaten egg to give them a golden color when baked.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
- 10Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Instructions
- 1In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, lime juice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and cayenne pepper.
- 2Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- 3Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- 4Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or spice level if desired by adding more pineapple or cayenne.
- 5Pour the blended mixture into chilled glasses.
- 6Garnish each drink with a slice of pineapple and a cinnamon stick.
- 7Serve immediately and enjoy your Spiced Pina Colada!
