Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the puff pastry.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mustard.

Lay down slices of dry cured streaky bacon on top of the cheese.

Cut the pastry between the bacon slices to separate them.

Twist each filled strip of pastry with bacon and cheese.

Place the twists on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until they start looking golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
