Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor with fewer calories.
Salt and cook the potatoes until they are soft.
Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Brown the chicken legs on both sides until golden brown.
Remove the browned chicken thighs from the pan.
Add butter to the pan.
Add pepper and 1 chopped onion, and brown for 2-3 minutes.
Add 300 g of champignon mushrooms to the pan.
When the mushrooms release water, add 2 cloves of garlic.
Once the water from the mushrooms has almost evaporated, add 2 tbsp of flour.
Deglaze the pan with half a glass of white wine.
Add 1 cup of water or chicken broth, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
Add 2 bay leaves and cover the pan, cooking for 10 minutes.
After turning the chicken thighs, cook for another 10 minutes without covering.
Add chopped parsley to the dish.
Stir in 200 ml of cream and our delicious dish is ready.
