Recipe Information
Maple Bacon Sweet Potato Hash
Cut sweet potatoes and apples to bite size pieces.
Add the bacon to a large pan and cook.
Once done, remove the bacon and drain grease.
Add sweet potatoes and apples to the skillet and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cook until sweet potatoes are tender (about 15 min).
Mix the cooked bacon back in.
Top with Amoretti Maple Praline Artisan.
Add a pinch of salt (optional).
Enjoy!
