Chop garlic and add to the blender.

Peel and chop the onion, then add to the blender.

Measure 1 tablespoon of parsley and add to the blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt (pink Himalayan salt) to the blender.

Add olive oil to the blender.

Blend the mixture and scrape down the sides as needed.

Add almond milk to the blender.

Blend again and taste the mixture.

Add apple cider vinegar and a little bit of water to the mixture.

Finish blending and pour into a jar.
