Delete the default Cube in Blender.
Create a new UV sphere for the bun.
Go to edit mode and delete the bottom faces of the sphere.
Delete the middle vertices.
Select the loop and press F to close it.
Select the bottom vertices and extrude them down the z-axis.
Scale the shape along the z-axis.
Shade smooth and add a subdivision modifier to the bun.
Create a duplicate of the bun and rotate it by 180 degrees for the top bun.
Create a circle for the salad and go to edit mode to close it.
Add a subdivision modifier to the salad.
Add a displace modifier and create a new texture, selecting 'cloud'.
Shade smooth and add another subdivision modifier to the salad.
Solidify the salad and position it on the bun.
Create a cylinder for the hamburger patty and scale it down the z-axis.
Apply the scale and go to edit mode to select the edge loops and bevel them.
Shade smooth and add a subdivision modifier to the patty.
Add another displace modifier and select 'noise' for texture.
Adjust the strength of the noise texture.
Create cheese using a plane, subdivide it, and add a subdivision modifier.
Solidify the cheese and position it on the hamburger patty.
Enable proportional editing and adjust the cheese to flatten it on the patty.
Create tomato slices using a cylinder, scale it down, and add a subdivision modifier.
Edit the top face of the tomato to create a tomato shape.
Position the tomato slices on top of the cheese.
Create sesame seeds using a cylinder, scale it down, and add loop cuts.
Edit the top and bottom vertices of the sesame seed to shape it.
Add a subdivision modifier and shade smooth the sesame seed.
Go back to the particle system to render the sesame seeds on the bun.
