1 tablespoon ginger
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb beef sirloin
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cups rice
2 cups French fries

Add sugar, baking soda, ginger, and garlic to a bowl.

Pour in soy sauce, add pepper and salt, and mix very well.

Add the beef to the mixture, massage to integrate, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
