Make the marinade by combining 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 2 teaspoons dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, and 1 teaspoon black pepper in a large bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Add 1 pound of tri-tip beef (cut into 1-inch cubes) to the marinade and toss to coat.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours (or up to overnight).
After marinating, add 2 red bell peppers (cut into 1-inch pieces) and 1 red onion (cut into 1-inch pieces) to the marinade and toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer.
Skewer the marinated beef, red onion, and red bell pepper onto skewers, alternating between them until all ingredients are used.
Place the skewers in the air fryer, ensuring they fit without overcrowding. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes, pressing the shake button to remind you to flip halfway through.
After 4 minutes, flip the skewers for even cooking and return them to the air fryer for the remaining 4 minutes.
Once done, transfer the kebabs to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
