Prepare the vegetable crêpe batter by mixing 1.5 cups of wheat flour with mixed green bell peppers, sliced onions, and salt in a bowl.
Optionally add 1 egg if using a steak pan; if using a non-stick pan, it's optional.
Gradually add water while mixing until the batter is well combined and has a smooth consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it.
Scoop a ladle of batter into the pan, swirling to distribute it evenly.
Cook until the top of the crêpe is dry, then apply some oil on top and flip it to cook until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the cooked crêpe from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
In a separate pan, heat approximately 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
Add remaining sliced onions and cook until soft and golden brown.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste, then add the minced meat and mix well.
Cover the pan and let the minced meat cook until fully cooked.
Add spices: beef masala, salt, turmeric powder, curry powder, and mix well.
Add 3 blended tomatoes and 3 tablespoons of tomato paste, mixing thoroughly.
Let the mixture cook until the stew is thick; optionally squeeze in 1/2 lemon or lime for extra flavor and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Remove the stew from heat once done and set aside.
Take one crêpe at a time, add some minced meat filling, and fold the crêpe as demonstrated in the video.
Repeat the process until all crêpes are filled and folded.
