2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried rosemary, and dried thyme.

Rub the olive oil all over the rib roast, ensuring it is evenly coated.
