Break 4 eggs into a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of oregano. Mix with a whisk until well combined.
Add 1 cup of cream and 1 cup of milk to the egg mixture.
Stir in 1/2 cup of flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder until smooth. Set aside.
Fill a saucepan with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add 8 ounces of pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Finely chop 1 white onion and sauté until translucent.
Grate 2 cloves of garlic and add to the pan.
Add 18 ounces of ground pork and beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground meat with the drained pasta, adding 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of oregano. Mix well.
Pour in 7 fluid ounces of tomato sauce and stir to combine.
Grate half of a head of cheese and add it to the pasta mixture, stirring well.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the pasta and meat mixture into it, spreading evenly.
In another frying pan, heat more olive oil over medium heat. Coarsely chop 1 red onion and sauté until soft.
Chop 1 eggplant into rings and then into strips, adding to the pan with the red onion.
Chop 2 sweet peppers and add them to the pan.
Chop 5 large champignon mushrooms and add them to the pan as well.
Add 14 ounces of chopped tomatoes from a jar to the pan and season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of oregano. Let simmer for about 10 minutes until tender.
Transfer the cooked vegetables to the baking dish on top of the pasta and meat mixture.
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables to bind everything together.
Grate the remaining half of the cheese and sprinkle it over the top of the casserole.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake the casserole for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Cut 6 cherry tomatoes in half and set aside for garnish.
Once baked, let the casserole cool slightly, cut into approximately 12 servings, and top each serving with a cherry tomato half and finely chopped green onions.
