Sunflower seeds are often less expensive and nut-free.

Wash hands before starting.

Open the spinach bag and use about 2 cups of spinach, rinse it thoroughly even if it says triple washed.

Spin the excess water off the spinach.

Slice the red onion as thin as possible and add it to the salad.

Rinse off the strawberries and blueberries, using about 4 strawberries and a handful of blueberries.

Cut up the strawberries and add them to the salad, placing the blueberries on top.

Add crumbled feta cheese to the salad, using a couple of tablespoons or to taste.

Add walnuts on top of the salad, using as many as desired, noting that they are already in pieces.

Drizzle raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing over the salad and mix gently.
