Mix the corn muffin mix according to the box directions.

Spray the egg bite mold with cooking spray.

Put some batter in the bottom of the mold.

Add the hot dog pieces on top of the batter.

Cover the hot dog pieces with more batter.

Cover the mold with foil or a silicone lid if available.

Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the pressure cooker.

Place the metal trivet in the pressure cooker.

Put the egg bite mold on top of the trivet.

Seal the pressure cooker lid and set the valve to seal.

Cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.

Let the pressure naturally release for about 5 minutes.

Carefully remove the mold from the pressure cooker using oven mitts.
