In a pan, add butter and cook mushrooms for 10 mins. Season with salt, black pepper and oregano.

Unroll a ready made puff pastry sheet and start spreading the mushrooms on it. Top it up with shredded chicken, chopped sun dried tomatoes and cheese.

Roll back the sheet and cover it. Refrigerate for 30 mins.

Take it out of the fridge and cut 1 inch pieces and line on a baking mat/parchment paper.

Egg wash each pinwheel and bake for 15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 160°C (fan) or 180°C.
