Slice the baby yellow potatoes in half.
Season the potatoes with 1 tbsp of sea salt and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Spray the potatoes with butter spray or oil of your choice.
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and place them next to the potatoes.
Spray the base of the pan with butter spray before adding the tomatoes.
Rinse the asparagus and season with black pepper, onion powder, and sea salt.
Spray the asparagus with butter spray and mix.
Season the top round steak with 0.5 tbsp black pepper, 0.5 tbsp crushed coriander, 0.5 tbsp onion powder, 0.5 tbsp garlic powder, and 0.5 tbsp sea salt on each side.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil on each side of the steak.
Place the steak in the center of the sheet pan next to the vegetables.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Bake the sheet pan dinner in the oven for 30 minutes.
After 15 minutes, flip the steak and mix the vegetables.
Return the pan to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
Check the steak's internal temperature; it should be above 125°F for medium-rare.
Let the steak rest and then slice it for serving.
