Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, crack and whisk 4 eggs.
Add 1 and 2/3 cup of buttermilk powder to the eggs and mix well.
Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to allow the baking powder to activate for a fluffier biscuit.
Flour the work surface with more buttermilk powder to prevent sticking.
Roll out the sticky dough on the floured surface to create layers for a biscuit texture.
Cut out circles from the rolled dough using a small cup.
Melt some butter on the stove and brush it on top of the biscuits for a nice brown finish.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, checking at 20 minutes for doneness.
Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
